摘要 在碳达峰、碳中和的主题背景下,详细介绍了多联产减排和多能互补耦合利用新型CCUS产业化发展模式,探讨了当前我国CCUS产业化模式在技术、行业发展、产业化机制、标准与规范及国家政策等领域面临的挑战,并在此基础上,给出应对需求的产业支持政策,最后提出从捕集、封存、监测及评估角度出发,加快我国CCUS标准体系建设的建议,旨在对中国走出立足自身的CCUS发展之路提供新的思路。 In the background of carbon emission peaking and carbon neutrality, multi-stream emission reduction and multi-complementary coupling utilization, two new CCUS industrialization development models, are introduced.The challenges faced by China’s current CCUS industrialization model in the fields of technology, industry development, industrialization mechanism, standards and norms, and national policies are explored.On this basis, the industrial support policies for meeting the demand are proposed.It is suggested that China should accelerate to establish CCUS standard system from the perspectives of trapping, storage, monitoring and assessment, aiming to provide new ideas to China’s way to come out of its own CCUS development.
