微藻生物膜贴壁培养及其在废水处理中的应用

摘要 基于一类新型微藻生物膜贴壁技术的特征及运行原理,分析了不同类型生物膜贴壁装置的特点及相关影响因素,阐释了生物膜材料对贴壁微藻生长的影响。讨论了微藻生物膜的形成机制,发现生物膜形成过程中起关键作用的主要是藻细胞胞外聚合物(EPS)的作用。概述了生物膜贴壁微藻在农业废水、工业废水及生活污水处理中的应用。研究优化生物膜贴壁培养装置及相关工艺条件,在净化污染水体的同时还可生产藻类高价值产品。耦合废水处理集成的微藻生物膜贴壁培养体系将具有藻类生产经济性和环保应用潜力。 Based on the features and operating principle of a new kind of microalgal biofilm attached cultivation technologies, the characteristics of different types of biofilm attached reactors and related influencing factors are analyzed.The effects of different biofilm materials on the growth of microalgal attached are elucidated.The formation mechanism of microalgal biofilm is discussed.It is found tha t the action of microalgal extracellular polymeric substance(EPS) plays a key role in the formation process of biofilm.Moreover, biofilm attached microalgal systems can be applied in the treatment of agricultural wastewater, industrial wastewater and domestic sewage, etc.,which can not only purify the polluted water, but also produce high-value algal products and reduce the cost of microalgae cultivation by optimizing the related culture conditions and equipment for biofilm attached cultivation.In general, the microalgal biofilm attached reactor integrated with wastewater treatment will have the economy of algae production and environmental protection application potential.
