摘要
以提纯后的凹凸棒土为载体,采用超声浸渍法在其表面负载锰钴氧化物,制备锰、钴质量比分别为1:1、2:1、3:1、4:1和5:1的Mn_(x)Co_(y)/ATP催化剂,利用XRD、SEM、TEM、H_(2)-TPR等对催化剂物化性质进行表征,考察了催化剂对对二甲苯的催化氧化性能的影响。结果表明,当锰、钴质量比为1:1、空速为10000 h^(-1)、对二甲苯质量浓度为4000 mg/m^(3)时,8%Mn_(1)Co_(1)/ATP催化剂的催化氧化性能最高,其T_(10)=195℃、T_(50)=268℃、T_(99)=345℃。
Taking the purified attapulgite clay(ATP)as the support,Mn_(x)Co_(y)/ATP catalysts with different ratios of manganese and cobalt are prepared by means of ultrasonic impregnation method.Structure and property of the catalysts are characterized through XRD,SEM,TEM and H_(2)-TPR.The performance of the catalysts in oxidation of para-xylene is investigated.It is shown that the 8%Mn_(1)Co_(1)/ATP catalyst exhibits the best performance when the mass ratio of manganese to cobalt is 1:1,the concentrations of para-xylene is 4000 mg·m^(-3),and the space velocity is 10000 h^(-1).The 8%Mn_(1)Co_(1)/ATP can reduce T_(10),T_(50),and T_(99) of para-xylene to 195℃,268℃,and 345℃,respectively.
