Bi_(2)O_(3)/白炭黑催化脱除尾氯中氢气的研究

摘要 以白炭黑为载体、五水硝酸铋为前驱体,采用等体积浸渍法制备Bi_(2)O_(3)/白炭黑催化剂。通过固定床反应器考察了催化剂在不同反应温度、焙烧温度和不同Bi_(2)O_(3)负载量的条件下脱除尾氯中氢气的性能。通过XRD、SEM、EDS和BET对反应前后的催化剂进行表征,结果表明,Bi_(2)O_(3)负载量为3%、550℃下焙烧的Bi_(2)O_(3)/白炭黑催化剂在50℃时催化效果最好,平均氢气转化率为97.8%。 With silica as the carrier and bismuth nitrate pentahydrate as the precursor,Bi_(2)O_(3)/silica catalyst is prepared by an equal volume impregnation method.The performance of the catalyst in removing hydrogen from tail chlorine is studied in a fixed bed reactor under different reaction temperature,calcination temperature and different Bi_(2)O_(3) loading amounts.The catalyst before and after the reaction is characterized by means of XRD,SEM,EDS and BET.Experimental results show that Bi_(2)O_(3)/silica catalyst that loads 3%of Bi_(2)O_(3) and is calcined at 550℃has the best catalytic effect at 50℃,leading to 97.8%of average hydrogen conversion rate.
