摘要
采用溶剂热法制备α-ZrP纳米粒子,在此基础上利用机械化学法制备了α-ZrP/Fe_(3)O_(4)并用作磁固相萃取剂与紫外分光光法联用对环境水样中的敌草快进行快速检测。结果表明,在最佳实验条件下,敌草快在0.025~1.0μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R=0.9993,检出限为0.015μg/mL。对该方法进行加标回收验证,河水的加标回收率为83.5%~103.6%,相对标准偏差为3.29%~4.22%。该方法操作简单、现象直观,为环境水体中敌草快的快速测定提供了一种新方法。
α-ZrP nanoparticles are prepared via solvothermal method,and thenα-ZrP/Fe_(3)O_(4) is prepared via mechanochemical method.The preparedα-ZrP/Fe_(3)O_(4) is used as a magnetic solid phase extractant and combined with UV spectrophotometry to detect diquat in environmental water samples.The results show that under the best experimental conditions,an excellent linearity is achieved in the range of 0.025-1.0μg·mL^(-1),the correlation coefficient R is 0.9993,and the detection limit is 0.015μg·L^(-1).The recoveries for river water are in the range of 83.5%-103.6%,and the relative standard deviation ranges between 3.29%and 4.22%.This method is simple to operate and the phenomenon is intuitive.It provides a new method for the rapid determination of diquat in the environment water.
