国内协同治理研究热点和发展趋势的知识图谱分析——基于CSSCI数据库(2001—2021)的可视化研究

A Knowledge Mapping Analysis of Domestic Research Hotspots and Development Trends of Collaborative Governance: A Visualization Study Based on CSSCI Database(2001—2021)

协同治理作为一门后新公共管理时期兴起的交叉理论,在解决公共事务碎片化、网络化等问题上卓有成效。为更直观把握国内协同治理领域的研究热点和发展趋势,梳理这一交叉理论的研究脉络,综合运用可视化知识图谱分析工具CiteSpace.5.8.R2,对CSSCI数据库(2001—2021)中1,876篇国内协同治理研究文献进行数据源分析,并基于此分析协同治理的未来趋势。通过绘制、解读研究演化路径图谱、研究领域关键词聚类图谱、关键词突现图谱等知识图谱,发现国内协同治理研究经过了概念引入、路径建构、创新运用三大阶段,当前研究热点主要集中在政府治理能力提升、治理结构优化、区域协同创新等方面。随着公共事务现代性、复杂性的增强,社会治理协同网络建构、府际协同创新、公共危机和环境污染等议题的研究热度预计将不断提升。

As a cross-cutting theory emerging in the Post-New Public Management era, collaborative governance has been effective in solving the problems of fragmentation and networking of public affairs. In order to more intuitively grasp the research hotspots and development trends in the field of collaborative governance in China and sort out the research lineage of this cross-cutting theory, a data source analysis of 1,876 domestic research papers on collaborative governance in CSSCI database(2001—2021) was conducted in this paper by using the visual knowledge mapping analysis tool CiteSpace.5.8.R2 in a comprehensive manner. Based on this analysis, the future trends of collaborative governance are foreseen. By drawing and interpreting the knowledge maps such as research evolution path mapping, research field keyword clustering mapping, and keyword emergence mapping, we found that: domestic collaborative governance research has gone through three major stages of concept introduction, path construction, and innovation application, and the current research hotspots are mainly focused on government governance capacity enhancement, governance structure optimization,and regional collaborative innovation. With the increase of modernity and complexity of public affairs, the research hotspots of social governance collaborative network construction, inter-governmental collaborative innovation, public crisis and environmental pollution are expected to increase.
