大口黑鲈养殖池塘溶解氧适宜性评价 被引量:3

摘要 为建立关于大口黑鲈养殖池塘溶解氧适宜性的评价系统,为普通养殖户提供更为科学的池塘溶解氧管理和调节指导,本研究初步建立了面向大口黑鲈养殖池塘溶解氧浓度的适宜性分级及其分值,并通过对国内外相关文献的荟萃分析,确定了不同适宜度等级的评价基准和评分方法。大口黑鲈池塘溶解氧适宜度等级及相应浓度范围确定为:最适期≥8.20 mg/L,正常期8.20~5.50 mg/L,影响期5.50~1.20 mg/L,危险期1.20~0.80 mg/L以及死亡期<0.80 mg/L。 Dissolved oxygen is an important ecological factors determining the survival and growth of aquaculture species.Different aquaculture species often have additional requirements for dissolved oxygen(DO)concentration in the pond.It has a broad application prospect to evaluate the suitability of DO for specific aquaculture species.Largemouth bass has become one of China′s most important essential pond-cultured species.Currently,there are no systematic studies on the suitability evaluation of DO in largemouth bass ponds,which cannot provide more scientific guidance for the management and regulation of DO in ponds for general farmers.In this study,the suitability classification and its scores for the concentration of DO in largemouth bass culture ponds were preliminarily established.The evaluation benchmark and scoring methods for different suitability grades were determined through a meta-analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad.The suitability level and the corresponding concentration range of DO were determined as follows:≥8.20mg/L in the optimal stage,8.20~5.50 mg/L in the regular stage,5.50~1.20 mg/L in the influence stage,1.20~0.80 mg/L in the danger stage and in the death stage<0.80 mg/L.
