摘要
营养支持是糖尿病足溃疡综合治疗中的重要一环。我们对《2022美国保肢学会专家共识和工作指南:成人糖尿病足溃疡的营养干预》(2022年3月14日更新版)进行了摘译,并结合有关的国内外文献及临床实践进行补充和解读,强调对糖尿病足溃疡患者,尤其是老年、长病程和合并多种糖尿病并发症的患者加强营养支持的重要性;介绍了糖尿病足溃疡合并营养不良的现状及其评估方法和糖尿病足溃疡患者对宏营养素及微量营养素的需求,以及多学科合作与医患沟通的重要性;强调控制好所有影响足溃疡愈合的有关因素,从全身因素到局部因素,治疗中每个重要环节都能落实到位,才能确保足溃疡愈合。
Objective:Nutritional support is an important part in the comprehensive treatment of diabetic foot ulcers.We briefly introduce the Nutrition Interventions in Adults with Diabetic Foot Ulcers:Expert Consensus and Guidance by American Limb Preservation Society(updated version on March 14,2022),in combination with relevant literatures and clinical practice,emphasizing the importance of strengthening nutritional support for patients with diabetes foot ulcer,especially for the elderly patients with long duration of diabetes and multiple diabetic complications.The current situation of diabetic foot ulcer with malnutrition and their evaluation,the needs of macronutrients and micronutrients in these patients,the importance of multidisciplinary cooperation and doctor-patient communication were also introduced.It is emphasized that diabetic foot ulcer can be healed only by controlling all the relevant factors affecting the healing of foot ulcer,from systemic factors to local factors.
