全程化药学服务保障5α还原酶缺乏症患儿安全合理用药

Whole-process pharmaceutical care ensures safe and rational drug use in children with 5α-reductase deficiency

目的探索临床药师对5α还原酶缺乏症(5α-RD)患儿全疗程药学服务工作方法与模式。方法临床药师加入多学科治疗团队,通过提供超说明书治疗方案依据,监测患儿阴茎增长、睾酮变化及肝功能、血脂水平、红细胞压积、血红蛋白等疗效和安全性指标,并为患儿提供互联网门诊咨询等方式,助力患儿安全有效用药。结果5α-RD患儿对药品的反应差异较大,药品对阴茎增长的促进影响不尽相同。临床药师对5α-RD患儿进行药学监护,参与疾病治疗与监测,为患儿家属答疑解惑,提高用药依从性和疗效,减少不良反应发生。结论全程化药学服务使5α-RD患儿受益,保障患儿合理安全用药。

Objective To explore the working method and mode of clinical pharmacists in the full course of pharmaceutical care for children with 5-alpha-reductase deficiency(5α-RD).Methods Clinical pharmacists joined the multidisciplinary treatment team to assist the safe and effective treatment of children by providing the treatment protocol beyond indications,monitoring the children′s penile growth,changes in testosterone,liver function,blood lipid levels,hematocrit,hemoglobin and other efficacy and safety indicators,and providing internet outpatient consultation for children.Results Exploration and practice found the response of children with 5α-reductase deficiency was significantly different.The drug had different promoting effects on penile growth.Clinical pharmacists could improve compliance and efficacy and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions by providing pharmaceutical care to children with 5α-RD,participating in disease treatment and monitoring,and answering questions of parents of patients.Conclusion Whole-process pharmaceutical care benefits the children with 5α-reductase deficiency and ensures rational and safe drug use in children.
