摘要
数字素养鸿沟问题日益突显,从认知层面、能力层面和读者成长背景层面对我国高校读者数字素养鸿沟产生的原因进行详细分析,阐述其在虚假信息识别、学术生存能力、学习能力等方面带来的危害,并从四个层面提出相应的治理策略:充分认识数字素养的重要性、明晰数字素养框架内涵与能力、完善读者数字素养教育体系、科学评价数字素养教育环境。
In information age,the digital literacy gap is appearing more clearly.The paper analyzes the formation reasons of the digital literacy gap from aspects of cognition,ability and reader background,and explains the potential hazards of false information identifying ability,academic ability and study ability.According to the analysis of formation reasons and potential hazards,the paper presents the four corresponding management strategies:fully understanding the importance of digital literacy,knowing the connotation of digital literacy framework,improving the system of digital literacy education and scientifically evaluating the environment of digital literacy education.
