摘要
弹簧钢是一类重要的机械设备基础零部件制造原材料,在几乎所有的工业领域中均得到了广泛应用.超高强韧、超长寿命弹簧钢的设计与研发,对于汽车轻量化和节能减排等具有重要的意义.本文中首先对弹簧钢的特征与工艺进行了概述,对其中合金元素及其作用机理等进行了介绍;其次对国内外超高强度弹簧钢的研究现状进行了分析和总结,在此基础上阐述了超高强韧弹簧钢的发展趋势及设计和制造过程中的一些关键问题;最后,给出了两个超高强韧弹簧钢研发的实例.
Spring steel is an important raw material for manufacturing basic parts of mechanical equipment,which has been widely used in almost all industrial fields.The design and development of ultra-high strength,toughness and long life spring steel is of great significance for automobile lightweight,energy saving and emission reduction.In this paper,firstly the characteristics and process of spring steel are summarized,and the alloying elements and their mechanisms are introduced;Secondly,the research status of ultra-high strength spring steel at home and abroad is analyzed and summarized.On this basis,the development trend of ultra-high strength and toughness spring steel and some key problems in the design and manufacturing process are described.Finally,two examples of the research and development for the ultra-high strength and toughness leaf spring steel are presented.
