摘要
采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和维氏硬度计等设备,分析了喷砂、酸洗、激光清洗三种不同表面处理工艺下,TA2工业纯钛的表面洁净度及表面硬度.结果表明:采用喷砂处理后的TA2表面洁净度较差,存在一层约2μm厚的含硅氧化层,表面显微硬度(HV)约为290;采用激光清洗处理后的TA2由于瞬时温度较高,表面产生脆裂,显微硬度显著上升至385;采用酸洗处理后的TA2表面氧化皮被完全去除,显微硬度约为220,与TA2基体相一致,为最佳表面洁净处理工艺.
Using optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and vickers hardness tester and other equipment,the surface cleanliness and surface hardness of TA2 industrial pure titanium plate under three different surface treatment processes including grit blasting,dipping and laser cleaning were analyzed.The method by grit blasting shows poor cleaning effect,creating a Si oxide layer of thickness about 2μm.Compared with TA2 matrix,the surface microhardness(HV)is about 290.After laser cleaning,due to the surface brittleness at high instantaneous temperature,the microhardness increases significantly to 385.By contrast,the oxide layer is completely removed after dipping.And the surface microhardness is about 220,which is consistent with TA2 matrix.It shows that dipping is the most effective method for surface cleaning among the three.
