摘要
做好油田地面系统腐蚀研究与防护工作,选择合理有效的防腐技术手段对保障油田安全生产具有重要意义。针对油田地面系统防腐技术的研究与应用,从管道与设备的选材、加注缓蚀剂、防腐涂层、双金属复合管、非金属管、外防腐层、阴极保护、腐蚀监检测、清管预膜和管道修复补强等内外防腐及其辅助技术方面,概述了油田地面系统腐蚀与防护的研究与应用新进展,对从事油田地面防腐研究与应用的技术人员具有一定的参考价值。
It is of great significance to conduct corrosion research and protection of oilfield surface system and select reasonable and effective anti-corrosion technical means to ensure the safe production of oilfield.Aiming at the research and application of anti-corrosion technology of oilfield surface system,this paper summarizes the new research and application progress of corrosion and protection of oilfield surface system from the aspects of internal and external anti-corrosion and its auxiliary technologies such as material selection of pipeline and equipment,injection of corrosion inhibitor,anti-corrosion coating,bimetallic composite pipe,non-metallic pipe,external anti-corrosion coating,cathodic protection,corrosion monitoring and detection,pigging pre film and pipeline repair and reinforcement,etc.It is expected to have a certain reference value for technicians engaged in the research and application of oilfield surface system anti-corrosion.
