摘要 为了分析管道应力影响因素,选取管单元作为研究对象,采用非线性土弹簧来模拟管土间相互作用,建立了管道有限元仿真模型。在轴向土壤位移和侧向土壤位移情况下,分析土壤位移量、土壤位移宽度、土壤性质对管道应力的影响。结果表明:土壤侧向位移时各因素对于管道应力的影响要明显大于土壤轴向位移时的情况。土壤轴向位移时,土壤位移量几乎不影响管道的应力,土壤位移宽度大小,对于管道的最大拉压应力有着显著影响;土壤的性质对于管道应力状态的影响主要取决于土壤轴向和侧向的极限抗力。建立的管道有限元模型以及管道应力影响因素分析结果对于确保管道安全运行具有重要意义。 In order to analyze the influencing factors of the pipeline stress,A finite element simulation model of the pipeline is established.The pipe element is selected as the research object and the nonlinear soil spring is used to simulate the interaction between the pipe and the soil.The influence of soil displacement,soil displacement width and soil properties on pipeline stress in the case of axial soil displacement and lateral soil displacement is analyzed.The results show that the influence of various factors on the stress of the pipeline when the soil is laterally displaced is significantly greater than that of the axial displacement of the soil.When the soil is displaced in the axial direction,the amount of soil displacement hardly affects the stress of the pipeline.The width of the soil displacement has a significant impact on the maximum tensile and compressive stress of the pipeline.The influence of soil properties on the stress state of the pipeline mainly depends on the ultimate resistance of the soil in the axial and lateral directions.The established finite element model of the pipeline and the analysis results of the pipeline stress influencing factors are of great significance to ensure the safe operation of the pipeline.
