输气管线水域穿越段管道滑移失效分析

摘要 针对浙江省某水域穿越段管道因河道整治发生部分管道滑移现象,采用精探方法测量管道偏移量并利用CAESARⅡ软件进行数值模拟,结果显示管道承受的工况应力是允许应力的93.6%。开挖测量后采用多种方法测量管道缺陷尺寸,并用ABAQUS有限元软件建立模型后分析确定了滑移过程中管材内应力分布情况。应力分析结果显示管材两个弯管处存在较大应力。通过ABAQUS有限元分析可知该滑移管道等效应力与许用应力的比值为88.7%,因而建议以后在使用过程中应定期对该管道进行监测。 Aiming to analyze the slipping case of a gas pipeline crossing section in China s Zhejiang province due to river regulation,the actual offset of the pipeline was measured by precise exploration methods and numerical simulation was carried out using CAESARⅡsoftware.The results show that the pipeline operating condition stress accounted for 93.6%of the allowable stress.In addition,based on in-situ mapping data,a FE model was established in ABAQUS to simulate the slipping process and extract the stress variation in pipe wall.Results show that there exists stress peak on two bends contained in the FE model.Through ABAQUS finite element analysis,it can be seen that the ratio of the equivalent stress to the allowable stress of the slipped pipeline is 88.7%.Necessary measures should be carried out to monitor its status.
