化学试剂对煤的裂隙结构和渗透率的影响研究

摘要 为研究化学试剂对煤的裂隙结构和渗透率的影响,基于超声波测试和质量分析,研究二硫化碳、乙醇、盐酸和丙酮这4种试剂处理煤样前后的超声波波速变化及质量变化,揭示化学试剂处理作用与超声参数变化、质量变化及裂隙演化之间的规律。使用渗透率测试装置分析4种试剂对煤样的渗透率变化影响,结果表明:试剂处理后,煤样的超声波波速降低6.87%~18.54%,萃取率为1.5%~3.3%,说明试剂处理能够有效促进煤样内部裂隙发育;此外,试剂处理后的煤样渗透率增加29.4%~490.8%,其中二硫化碳处理后的煤样渗透率增加最多,增幅为490.8%。 In order to study the influence of chemical reagents on the fracture structure and permeability of the coal, based on the ultrasonic testing and quality analysis, the change of the ultrasonic wave velocity and quality of coal samples before and after being treated with carbon disulfide, ethanol, hydrochloric acid and acetone were studied, and the rules between the treatment effect of chemical reagents and the changes of ultrasonic parameters, quality changes and fracture evolutions were revealed. The influences of four reagents on the permeability change of coal samples were analyzed using the permeability test device. The results showed that after the reagent treatment, the ultrasonic wave velocity of coal samples decreased by 6.87%~18.54%, and the extraction rate was 1.5%~3.3%, which indicated that the reagent treatment could effectively promote the development of internal cracks in coal samples. In addition, the permeability of coal samples after reagent treatment increased by 29.4%~490.8%, and the permeability of coal samples after carbon disulfide treatment increased the most, with an increase of 490.8%.
