植物花青素代谢途径相关基因的研究进展

Research progress on genes related to anthocyanin metabolism pathway in plants

摘要 植物的花色在其观赏价值的表观性状中占有非常重要的地位,这一特点在被子植物中尤为显著。植物表观遗传研究中,花色也往往被认为是重要内容之一,而花青素在决定花色中扮演着重要角色。近年来,花青素代谢途径是植物界的研究热点,主要综述了参与植物花青素代谢途径中的相关基因,为开展植物表观遗传在生物工程技术中的改良实践和丰富园林花卉可利用种类提供相应的理论基础。
