摘要
文章研究了某包含外转塔建造工程的FPSO改装项目,通过对国内外相似项目的资料进行收集、分析,并针对本项目实际状态,从技术难点、建造流程、精度控制、吊装方案设计等方面进行梳理、解析,给出了合理的解决方案,从而实现了项目按期保质交付的最终目标,并对未来类似改装工程提供了工艺方面的技术参考和指导。
This paper studies an FPSO renovation project including an external turret construction.On the basis of collecting and analyzing materials of similar projects both in China and abroad,the paper sorts out the technical difficulties,construction process,dimension control,and lifting design according to the characteristics of the project and puts forward reasonable countermeasures,realizing the project's ultimate goal of high-quality and punctual delivery and providing similar renovation projects in the future with technical reference and guidance.
