摘要
“蓝鲸鱼”号坐底风电安装船由半潜驳船改造而来,甲板上加装了1台600 t全回转吊机,改造完成后需要对此吊机进行吊重试验。文章结合600 t吊机吊重试验需求,通过有限元分析技术模拟分析了坞墩上试验时船舶的受力情况,为避免结构应力大而使结构破坏,根据分析结果调整坞墩布置。试验结果表明,结果达到预期并符合中国船级社要求,船舶结构也没受到损坏。并且整个项目提前了40天交付,节省了试验成本,并为公司多创造效益3000万元。
The bottom-supported wind power installation vessel“Blue Whale”is transformed from a semi-submersible barge,with a 600 t full-circle slewing crane installed on the deck.Lifting tests are necessary for the crane after the transformation.This paper simulates and analyzes the force of the vessel on the docking block during tests through finite element analysis.The docking block layout is also adjusted according to test results to avoid structural damages caused by high stress.The results meet the expectations and the requirements of the China Classification Society,and the vessel structure is undamaged.In addition,the whole project is delivered 40 days ahead of schedule,which saves the test cost and creates an additional benefit of 30 million yuan for the company.
