摘要
柴油机调速系统为闭环负反馈系统,使用中可能出现无法启动、启动困难、游车、超速等典型故障。而因调速系统复杂,导致故障定位困难、调试周期长。为提高调试水平、缩短调试周期并快速准确地定位和排除故障,文章根据近年该机型出现的典型故障,对故障原理、分析思路和处理措施等进行了总结,为后续柴油机调速系统的保障和维修提供了技术储备和参考。
The speed control system of diesel engines features closed-loop negative feedback,and typical faults including failure to start,difficult start-up,hunting,and overspeed occur during the operation.In addition,the complex speed control system will lead to difficult fault location and a long debugging period.According to the typical faults of this system in recent years,this paper summarized the fault principle,analysis ideas,and treatment measures to improve the debugging,shorten debugging period,and fast locate and remove faults.This can provide technical support and reference for subsequent speed control system maintenance of diesel engines.
