履带吊吊装船体分段技术分析

摘要 半潜式生产储油平台下部船体的建造,通常是在船坞内通过龙门吊吊装完成船体分段的合龙。但在船坞资源紧张的情况下,该平台船体可以放到滑道上进行建造,但没有设置龙门吊的滑道就面临船体分段如何吊装合龙的问题。针对此问题,文章提出了一种用履带吊配合吊排进行船体分段吊装合龙技术。以陵水17-2半潜式生产储油平台一个船体分段为例,从吊排设置、吊点布置到吊机选型等进行了分析计算,最后通过项目的实施进行了技术的验证,为以后类似船体分段的吊装合龙提供了参考。 In the hull construction project of a semi-submersible production and storage platform,the hull blocks are usually lifted for connection by a gantry crane in the dock.The hull of the platform could also be constructed on the slideway if the dock resources are stretched,and in this case,the lifting of hull blocks for connection becomes a problem as no gantry crane is on the slideway.Therefore,this paper proposes a hull-block lifting technology using a crawler crane with suspensory rigging.Taking a hull block of the semi-submersible production and storage platform in the LS17-2 gas field as an example,this study analyses the design of suspensory rigging,layout of lifting padeyes,and crane selection with calculations.Finally,technical verification is carried out through actual implementation.The research provides a reference for similar hull-block lifting projects in the future.
