摘要
当前,传统超级市场逐渐趋于同质化竞争,且受线上购物及疫情冲击,急需探索新的差异化竞争力,以提升顾客体验为抓手,将顾客吸引回线下超级市场,并维持顾客黏性。基于以上问题,通过5G智慧应用赋能方案,改进了超级市场的服务能力,实现传统超级市场的智慧化升级,让顾客感受到和线上及其他同类超级市场不一样的购物体验,实现打动并黏住顾客。
At present,traditional supermarkets are falling into a cycle of homogeneous competition.And online shopping and ep⁃idemics have a strong impact on offline markets.There is an urgent need to explore new differentiated competitiveness to improve cus⁃tomer experience,and attract customers to offline supermarkets.Based on the above problems,we find the 5G smart application en⁃abling scheme to improve the supermarket service.After the supermarket intelligently upgrade,customers can feel different shopping experience from online or other similar supermarkets.Customers will be moved and stick to the new supermarket.
