摘要
目的应用超声评估肝脏微波消融与碘-125粒子术前植入的相互影响。方法按照不同微波消融功率和时间、植入粒子数量及与微波针距离将正常猪肝分为8组,除无粒子组外其余每组分别进行5次实验,共植入碘-125粒子80颗。于微波消融前后观察超声对粒子的显示情况,分别测量每次实验全部粒子的剂量,超声观察粒子与微波针距离和消融范围。观察消融过程中是否出现火花、爆炸等异常情况。结果微波消融前后,超声对粒子的显示率分别为100%(80/80)和85.0%(68/80)。消融前后粒子剂量比较差异无统计学意义,粒子与微波针距离比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),消融前后平均距离差约0.4 mm。各组消融范围比较差异均无统计学意义。各组消融过程均顺利,未出现火花、爆炸、燃烧等异常情况。结论超声能有效评估肝脏微波消融术前植入碘-125粒子的情况,且两者互不影响各自疗效。
Objective To evaluate the interaction between microwave ablation(MWA)of liver and preoperative implantation of iodine-125 seeds by ultrasound.Methods Healthy pig livers were divided into 8 groups according to different MWA power and time,different number of seeds and the distance from the microwave needle.5 experiments were performed for each group respectively except the non seeds group,and a total of 80 iodine-125 seeds were implanted.The display of seeds was observed by ultrasound before and after MWA,the doses of all seeds in each experiment were measured respectively,the distance between seeds and microwave needle and the ablation range were observed by ultrasound.Whether sparks,explosions and other abnormal phenomena occur in the process of MWA were observed.Results The display rate of ultrasound to seeds before and after MWA were 100%(80/80)and 85.0%(68/80),respectively.There was no significant difference of the doses of iodine-125seeds before and after MWA.There was significant difference of the distances between seeds and the microwave needle before and after MWA(P<0.05),and the average distance difference before and after MWA was about 0.4 mm.There was no significant difference in ablation range among the groups.The ablation process of each group was smooth,with no spark,explosion,combustion and other abnormal phenomena.Conclusion Ultrasound can effectively evaluate the preoperative implantation of iodine-125 seeds before liver MWA,while MWA and iodine-125 seeds implantation do not affect each other’s therapeutic effect.
