摘要
目前国内已经审批的各类核电堆型的乏池事故分类、分析假设及验收准则存在差异,乏池冷却系统配置有所差异,所达到的安全水平和对机组大修灵活性的影响也各不相同。本文目的是通过风险指引型的方法研究乏池事故风险水平,给出合理的乏池事故工况管理建议和系统配置建议,实现核电机组安全性、大修灵活性、机组经济性的平衡。该乏池事故管理方法是“华龙一号”持续优化内容。
At present,there are differences in the classification,analysis assumptions and acceptance criteria of all types of nuclear power reactor approved in China,and the configuration of the cooling system of the spent fuel pool is different,so is the safety level achieved and the influence on the overhaul flexibility of the unit.The purpose of this paper is to study the risk level of the spent fuel pool accident through the risk-guided method,and give reasonable suggestions on the management of spent fuel pool accident conditions and system configuration,so as to realize the balance of safety,overhaul flexibility and economy of nuclear power plants.The spent fuel pool accident management method for HPR1000 is to be continuously optimized.
