摘要
本文研究了配置风险管理的基本框架体系、基本概念,重点研究了配置风险管理中风险阈值的设定方法与策略。本文通过调查研究美国核电厂开展配置风险管理的法规要求和实践应用情况,研究配置风险管理风险阈值制定的方法,包括风险区域的划分、定性风险阈值的考虑因素,特别研究了定量风险阈值的主要方法、风险度量指标、定量风险阈值的设定策略。本文进一步探讨了核电厂在设定配置风险管理风险阈值的主要考虑因素,并给出了配置风险管理风险阈值设定的具体建议。
This paper studies the basic framework and concepts of configuration risk management, focusing on the method and strategy of setting risk threshold in configuration risk management. Based on the investigation and study of the regulatory requirements and practical application of configuration risk management in US nuclear power plants, this paper studies the risk threshold setting method for configuration risk management, including the division of risk areas, the consideration factors of the qualitative risk threshold, especially the main methods of the quantitative risk threshold, risk measurement indicators, and the quantitative risk threshold setting strategy. This paper further discusses the main considerations of risk threshold setting for configuration risk management in nuclear power plants, and gives specific suggestions on risk threshold setting of configuration risk management.
