摘要
在全国人口出生政策逐渐放开的背景下,全国幼儿及幼儿园数量呈现快速增长趋势,高职各类英语专业下也相应开设与幼儿英语教育相关的专业方向,专业原有的英语师资不足以支持新专业方向的发展,急需向“英语+幼教”的“双师型”师资转型。为了解决这个问题,专业在原有校企合作的基础上,围绕师资培训深度挖掘可行性方案,达到互相合作,互惠互利的共赢目标。
Currently,China has adopted an increasingly moderate birth policy.As a result,the recent years have witnessed a rapid growing trend of the number of children and kindergartens.At the same time,the sub-majors concerning preschool English education in the higher vocational colleges have been set up in succession based on the various majors of English.A problem has come up that the English teachers of these majors are not qualified enough for the preschool education part.They need to obtain preschool qualifications plus English and transform themselves into the dual-qualified teachers.To solve this problem,we have to focus on the teachers’training and work together with our enterprise partners to explore a feasible way to achieve a win-win result with a mutual benefit.
