摘要
对重庆市300名大学生实施FMS测试和体质健康测试,FMS测试平均评分为15.57±2.24分,大学生体质健康测试平均得分为72.93±8.369分。将FMS得分小于16分的学生随机分为两组,每组20人,分别进行12周的功能性训练和传统体能训练,对两组数据进行非参数独立样本U检验,结果Z=-3.356,P=0.001<0.05,说明功能性训练比传统体测项目训练方法更能有效提高大学生FMS分值,改善期运动模式,降低潜在受伤风险。将体质健康测试得分低于80分的学生(不含实验1的同学)分两组,每组20人,分别进行12周的功能性训练和传统体能训练。两组数据进行独立样本t检验,t=2.899,P=0.006<0.05,说明功能性训练相比传统体测项目训练方法更能有效提高大学生体质健康测试成绩,提高体质健康水。对大学生实施FMS筛查,并结合筛查结果,采取FMS纠正训练与功能性训练,可有效提高FMS测试分数且提高大学生体质健康测试部分项目成绩,可有效降低大学生运动受伤风险,提高体大学生体质健康水平。
The FMS test and physical health test were conducted for 300 college students in Chongqing.The average FMS test score was 15.57±2.24 point,and the average score of college students’physical health test was72.93±8.369 point.Students with FMS score less than 16 points were randomly divided into two groups of 20people with 12 weeks of functional training and traditional physical training,and non-parametric independent sample U test for two data.Results Z=-3.356,P=0.001<0.05 showed that the functional training used could effectively improve the FMS score and reduce the potential injury risk than traditional physical test training methods.The students whose physical health test scores are lower than 80 points(excluding the students in Experiment 1)were divided into two groups,20 in each group,and they were given 12 weeks of functional training and traditional physical training respectively.Independent sample t-test was carried out for the two groups of data,t=2.899,P=0.006<0.05,which indicates that the functional training used can effectively improve the physical health test results of college students and improve the physical health water compared with the traditional physical test item training method.The implementation of FMS screening for college students and the adoption of FMS correction training and functional training in combination with the screening results can effectively improve the scores of FMS test and improve the scores of some items of college Students’physical health test,which can effectively reduce the risk of college students’sports injuries and improve their physical health level.
