云南中考体育新方案背景下农村中学体育资源配置研究

Research on the Allocation of Sports Resources in Rural Middle Schools under the Background of the New Sports Scheme of Yunnan High School Entrance Examination

该文采用问卷调查法、实地考察法、数理统计法等,以玉溪市江川区7所农村中学为研究对象,对玉溪市江川区农村中学体育资源进行调查研究。调查发现,农村中学在职称结构、高学历体育人才、学校体育场地设施资源、体育课程资源等方面存在问题。针对这些问题,提出转变学校态度观念,建设复合型场地,采用以政府为主、以社会各界为辅的建设方式,拓宽教师进修渠道,校际帮扶联动等对策。

In this paper,the author uses interview survey method,field investigation method and mathematical statistics method to investigate the sports resources of the rural middle schools in Jiangchuan District of Yuxi city,taking 7 rural middle schools in Jiangchuan District as the research object.It is found that there are problems in the structure of professional titles,highly educated sports talents,school sports venues and facilities resources,and sports curriculum resources in rural middle schools.In view of these problems,the following countermeasures are put forward:The change of attitude and concept at the school level,the construction of compound venues,the construction mode with the government as the main body and the society as the auxiliary,the expansion of teachers’learning channels,and the linkage of inter school assistance.
