体育强国视域下探究构建新型体育秩序的合理路径

Exploring the Reasonable Path of Constructing New Sports Order from the Perspective of Sports Power

随着健康中国、体育强国等战略思想不断深入人心,党和政府对体育的重视程度也逐步提高,为促进体育发展提供各类保障,各类体育活动与体育赛事频频出现,体育俨然成为社会最热点话题之一。随着体育社会关注度的提高,体育秩序与体育法治的不完善所暴露出来的问题逐渐放大,并对社会和谐发展产生影响。体育强国作为体育建设的新时代风向标,其时代内涵不仅是对竞技体育与大众体育的建设,还有利用体育保障社会经济稳固发展之意。该文通过查阅中西方体育自治与体育管理类文献资料,对比中西方体育规则与社会价值观之间的差异,探讨长期以来我国体育秩序建设中可能存在的问题,深究体育法治与未来体育发展深度融合的可能性,为营造健康的体育活动环境,确保各类体育活动的成功举办提供建议与对策。

With the development of healthy China,the strategic thinking of sports power has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.The party and the government continue to pay more attention to sports and provide various guarantees for the promotion of sports development.Various sports activities and sports events occur frequently.Sports has become one of the hottest topics in society.With the increasing attention of sports society,the problems exposed by the imperfection of sports order and sports rule of law are gradually enlarged,and have an impact on the harmonious development of society.As the wind vane of the new era of sports construction,the connotation of sports power is not only the construction of competitive sports and mass sports,but also the use of sports to ensure the stable development of social economy.This article,through reading the relevant literature on sports autonomy and sports management in China and the west,compares the differences between sports rules and social values in China and the west,discusses the possible problems in the construction of sports order in China for a long time,and explores the possibility of deep integration of sports rule of law and future sports development,so as to provide suggestions and countermeasures for returning a clean sports environment and ensuring the successful completion of various sports activities.
