分类培养模式下高职体育“三教”改革研究

Research on the Reform of"Three Education"in Higher Vocational Physical Education under the Pattern of Classified Training

为适应职业教育发展,新时代高职教育开始实施人才分类培养。该文通过调查发现高职体育没有实施人才分类培养工作,提出通过提升教师技术能力和理论素养,开展职业性体育,实施专业分类培养模式,大小班结合教学等方法,对高职体育进行“三教”改革,贯彻落实高职体育分类培养,推动高职教育人才分类培养体系全面发展。

In order to adapt to the development of vocational education in the new era,higher vocational education carries out the training of talents by classification.Through the investigation of PE teaching in higher vocational colleges,it is found that there is no classified training of talents in higher vocational colleges.It is proposed to carry out the"Three Education"reform of higher vocational physical education by improving teachers’technical ability and theoretical quality,carrying out professional physical education,implementing classified training mode according to majors,and combining large and small classes,implementing classified training of higher vocational physical education,and promoting the comprehensive development of the classified training system of higher vocational education talents.
