体教融合背景下中小学竞技体育后备人才培养的困境与对策研究

Research on the Difficulties and Countermeasures of Reserve Talents Training of Primary and Secondary Competitive Sports under the Background of Sports Education Integration

该文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实地调查法等研究方法,分析研究当前体教融合背景下中小学阶段在培养竞技体育人才过程中存在的困境。《“十四五”体育发展规划》指出,在体教融合的背景下,应加强青少年体育优秀人才的培养,完善体育法律,鼓励各地建立健全“一条龙”体育人才培养体系,提高体育教师的体育综合能力,各地市积极开展各项竞技体育比赛等。该文在“十四五”时期体教融合的背景下提出中小学竞技体育人才培养发展策略,解决学习与训练之间的矛盾,形成体育和教育相辅相成、互相促进、共同发展。以期为中小学阶段竞技体育后备人才的培养提供参考和意见。

Using the methods of literature,expert interview and field investigation,this paper analyzes and studies the difficulties existing in the process of training competitive sports talents in primary and secondary schools under the background of sports education integration.The 14th Five-Year Plan For Sports Development points out that under the background of sports education integration,it is necessary to strengthen the training of young sports talents,improve sports laws,encourage all localities to establish and improve the"one-stop"sports talent training system,improve the comprehensive sports ability of PE teachers,and actively carry out various competitive sports competitions.Under the background of sports education integration in the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,this paper puts forward the development strategy of competitive sports talents training in primary and secondary schools,solves the contradiction between learning and training,and forms the complementary,mutual promotion and common development of sports and education.In order to provide reference and advice for the training of competitive sports reserve talents in primary and secondary schools.
