高校体育五种教学方法的选择与运用

Selection and Application of Five Teaching Methods of Physical Education in Colleges and Universities

该文通过文献的梳理和教学实践的反思,从高校体育课堂教学的实际出发,分别就PBL教学方法、微课教学方法、微信辅助教学方法、任务契约教学方法以及合作探究教学方法进行了探究。研究认为,高校体育课堂教学有效性的提高,需要体育教师灵活选择教学方法,在教法践行中,需要注意避免出现本末倒置和喧宾夺主等问题,要根据教学目标和学情等情况合理运用。

Through combing the literature and reflecting on the teaching practice,based on the reality of physical education teaching in colleges and universities,this paper explores PBL teaching method,WeChat teaching method,WeChat assisted teaching method,task contract teaching method and cooperative inquiry teaching method.The research shows that the improvement of the effectiveness of PE teaching in colleges and universities requires PE teachers to choose teaching methods flexibly.In the practice of teaching methods,PE teachers need to avoid such problems as putting the cart before the horse and seizing the master,and use them reasonably according to teaching objectives and learning conditions.
