生长激素缺乏症患儿血清IGF-1、Apelin、25(OH)D水平及与生长激素的相关性

Serum IGF-1,Apelin,25-(OH)D Levels in Children with Growth Hormone Deficiency and Their Correlation with Growth Hormone

目的分析生长激素缺乏症患儿血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、Apelin、25羟维生素D[25(OH)D]水平及与生长激素的相关性。方法收集2017年1月—2020年4月收治的生长激素缺乏症87例为观察组,另选取同期健康体检儿童71例为对照组。对比不同人群、不同生长激素水平患儿血清IGF-1、Apelin、25(OH)D水平,分析IGF-1、Apelin、25(OH)D与生长激素之间的相关性。结果观察组IGF-1、Apelin、25(OH)D水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.01);87例中生长激素峰值≤5 ng/ml者32例(低生长激素组),6~10 ng/ml者55例(高生长激素组)。高生长激素组血清IGF-1、Apelin、25(OH)D水平均明显高于低生长激素组(P<0.01);经Pearson相关性分析可知,IGF-1、Apelin、25(OH)D与生长激素均呈显著正相关(r=0.916、0.965、0.874,P<0.001)。结论生长激素缺乏症患儿血清IGF-1、Apelin、25(OH)D水平明显降低,三者与患儿生长激素水平具有显著相关性,能为临床诊断生长激素缺乏症提供参考依据。

Objective To analyze the levels of serum insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1),Apelin,25-hydroxyvitamin D[25(OH)D]and their correlation with growth hormone in children with growth hormone deficiency.Methods A total of 87 cases of growth hormone deficiency who were treated from January 2017 to April 2020 were collected as the observation group,and 71 healthy children undergoing physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The serum levels of IGF-1,Apelin,and 25(OH)D in different populations and children with different levels of growth hormone were compared,and the correlation between IGF-1,Apelin,25(OH)D and growth hormone was analyzed.Results The levels of IGF-1,Apelin and 25(OH)D in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Among the 87 cases,32 cases had peak growth hormone≤5 ng/ml(low growth hormone group),and 55 cases had 6-10 ng/ml(high growth hormone group).The levels of serum IGF-1,Apelin,25(OH)D in the high growth hormone group were significantly higher than those in the low growth hormone group(P<0.01).The Pearson correlation analysis showed that IGF-1,Apelin,25(OH)D were significantly positively correlated with growth hormone(r=0.916,0.965,0.874,P<0.001).Conclusion The serum levels of IGF-1,Apelin,and 25(OH)D in children with growth hormone deficiency were significantly lower,and the three were significantly correlated with growth hormone levels in children,which could provide a reference for clinical diagnosis of growth hormone deficiency.
