小程序技术在医疗行业的发展应用综述

Overview of development and application of Applet technology in the medical industry

随着医院信息系统与互联互通的技术底层日益完善,以临床为中心的医院信息化建设逐步转向以患者为中心的智慧服务应用,医院开始站在患者的角度思考,发现服务痛点,并使用互联网、人工智能等技术,完善医疗服务信息平台建设,形成一个发现问题、解决问题的良性循环。2020年新冠肺炎疫情发生后,小程序成为疫情防控最重要的信息化手段。如健康码、行程卡、流调表、互联网医院等大多使用小程序技术进行开发。小程序是一种不需要下载安装即可使用的技术,用户扫一扫或者搜一下即可打开应用。本研究主要总结分析了小程序技术发展历程、技术框架、行业应用文献,探讨了小程序在医疗行业的应用场景、存在的问题及发展对策,从供需的角度提出小程序在医疗行业中不断优化的方向和发展思路。

With the increasing improvement of hospital information systems and the underlying technology of interconnectivity, the construction of clinical-centered hospital information technology has gradually turned to patientcentered intelligent service applications. Hospitals begin to stand in the perspective of patients, discover service pain points, and use the Internet, artificial intelligence and other technologies to improve the construction of medical service information platforms, forming a virtuous circle of finding and solving problems. With the outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic in 2020, Applets have become the most important information-based means for epidemic prevention and control. For example, health code, travel history card, epidemiological survey scale, Internet hospital and others are mostly developed using the Applet technology, which can be used without being downloaded and installed, and users can open an applet by scanning or searching it. This study mainly analyzes the development history, technical framework and industry application documents of the Applet technology. And then, the application scenarios existing problems and development status of Applets in the medical industry are reviewed. Problems existing in the application of Applets in the medical industry are summarized from both supply and demand sides, and finally the direction and ideas for continuous optimization of Applets in the healthcare industry are given.
