基于医院集团环境下的主数据管理系统设计探索

目的:随着医院集团化和医疗信息化互联互通进程的推进,需要从医疗术语、医疗信息、医务人员、医疗设备方面进行整合管理,建立一套有效的主数据管理系统。方法:通过整体业务分析,建设主数据管理系统,达到便于临床应用、后台业务管理、后续数据分析等目标。结果:建立医疗主数据管理平台,实现数据生产、抽取、汇总、共享、集成功能,提高了前台应用字典信息的使用效率,解决了不同系统间由于数据不一致导致交互困难的问题以及集团内成员医院之间由于管理差异,导致数据汇总后出现歧义的问题。结论:随着医疗机构大数据的广泛应用,“互联网+医疗健康”国家战略不断深入,主数据管理系统将在支撑集团内医疗大数据应用方面承担更重要的作用,如何更好地建设和发展基于医院集团化环境下的主数据管理系统将成为未来医院面临的课题。

Objective With the promotion of hospital group planning and the further construction of the medical information interconnection process, it is necessary to integrate the management of medical terms, medical information,medical personnel and medical equipments, and a set of effective master data should be established. Methods Through the overall business analysis, the master data management system is built to achieve the objectives of convenience for clinical application, background business management, subsequent data analysis, etc. Results The medical master data management platform was established to realize the functions of data production, extraction, summary, sharing and integration, improve the efficiency of using dictionary information in the front-end application, solve the problem of difficult interaction caused by data inconsistencies between different systems, and alleviate the problem of ambiguity after data aggregation due to management differences among member hospitals in the group. Conclusion The application of big data in medical institutions is increasing. The master data management system of hospital group can support the application of medical big data in the group. With the deepening of the national strategy of "Internet+health",the necessity, feasibility and construction plan of master data management across institutions and regions will become the future issues.
