摘要
通过有限元分析软件对大体积混凝土施工时的温度场进行模拟,总结得到大体积混凝土的温升变化趋势,基于分析结果针对性提出温升控制措施。在具体施工中对大体积混凝土的温升情况进行监控,将所得结果与模拟结果进行对比分析,证明使用有限元分析软件对大体积混凝土温度场进行模拟有一定的可行性,并验证了混凝土浇筑前的温度裂缝控制技术的有效性。
The finite element analysis software was used to simulate the temperature field of mass concrete construction under joints in spring/autumn, and the temperature rise trend of mass concrete was summarized. Based on the analysis results, the temperature rise control measures were proposed. In the concrete construction, the temperature rise of mass concrete is monitored, and the results are compared with the simulation results, which proves that it is feasible to use the finite element analysis software to simulate the temperature field of mass concrete, and verifies the effectiveness of the temperature crack control technology before concrete pouring.
