Exploring Ways to Strengthen College Students’ Career Planning Education in the Context of “Three Whole Cultivation”

新时代对大学生职业生涯规划教育提出新的要求,做好大学生职业生涯教育既是时代对人才培养的要求,也是培养新时代高素质人才的有效途径。本文分析了职业生涯规划教育的现实意义,阐述了当前的教育现状,提出了加强大学生职业生涯规划教育的途径探索即统一思想,强化师生全员参与的意识;完善课程体系,加强大学生职业生涯规划全程建设;完善职业指导体系,提供全方位生涯指导服务;加强职业生涯规划指导专业建设,提高生涯指导质量。通过这些途径的探索,实现职业生涯规划教育的全面实施,促进大学生的高质量就业。

The new era puts forward new requirements for college students’ career planning education,and making good career education for college students is not only the requirement of the era for talent training, but also an effective way to cultivate high-quality talents in the new era. We propose to explore the ways to strengthen the career planning education of college students, i.e. to unify the ideology, strengthen the awareness of teachers and students to participate;improve the curriculum system and strengthen the whole construction of career planning of college students;improve the career guidance system and provide all-round career guidance service;strengthen the construction of career planning guidance profession and improve the quality of career guidance. Through the exploration of these ways, the comprehensive implementation of career planning education is realized and the high-quality employment of college students is promoted.
