营养小肽对异育银鲫血清生化、肠和肝组织的影响

摘要 [目的]探讨营养小肽对异育银鲫血清生化指标、肠和肝组织的影响。[方法]试验设对照组1个,投喂基础饲料;试验组2个,投喂添加2%营养小肽的饲料。投喂养殖128 d,随机抽样检测血清生化指标和组织病理观察。[结果]异育银鲫试验组血清总蛋白和白蛋白检测平均值均极显著高于对照组,试验组血清血糖平均值极显著低于对照组,血清碱性磷酸酶、脂肪酶和尿素酶,无显著差异。病理观察结果:试验组前肠内环肌结构排列紧密,肠绒毛分叉较多,肠绒毛上单层柱状上皮细胞排列紧密,其间散布杯状细胞;肝细胞形状规则,细胞界限分明,细胞质丰富,HE红染;肝细胞围绕中央静脉呈放射状排列,肝细胞间可见肝血窦。[结论]营养小肽能提升养殖异育银鲫营养状况和健康水平。 [Objectives] Investigate how nutritional peptides affect serum biochemical indices,and intestinal and liver tissues of Carassius auratus gibelio.[Methods] One control group was established and given a basic diet.Two experimental groups received diets supplemented with 2% nutritious peptides.The whole experiment lasted 128 days and the serum biochemical indexes and histopathological observation were detected by random sampling.[Results] The results showed that the average levels of serum total protein and albumin in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).The serum glucose level in the test group is significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).However,the other biochemical indices showed no significant difference,including alkaline phosphatase,lipase,and urease(P>0.05).Pathological observation showed that the structure of the anterior intestinal inner ring muscle in the experimental group was closely arranged in the experimental group,furthermore,the intestinal villi were bifurcated more.The single-layer columnar epithelial cells on the intestinal villi were closely arranged with goblet cells scattered in between.The hepatocytes were regular in shape,with well-defined cells and abundant cytoplasm stained with HE red.The hepatocytes were arranged radially around the central vein,and hepatic sinusoids were visible between the hepatocytes.[Conclusions] The nutritional pepti des revealed good nutritional status and health level in the cultured Carassius auratus gibelio.
