云南省元江县不同肉牛品种育肥性能评价

Evaluation of fattening performance of different beef cattle breeds in Yuanjiang County,Yunnan Province

[目的]研究安格斯牛、日本和牛、云岭牛、西门塔尔牛4种肉牛品种在相同饲养条件下的育肥性能,为元江肉牛养殖业推广良种良法提供科学依据。[方法]试验选择3月龄左右(已断奶)的安格斯牛、日本和牛、云岭牛、西门塔尔牛共20头,在相同饲养条件下,对出生4、5、6月龄不同生长阶段的肉牛进行体尺和体重测定。[结果]云岭牛、西门塔尔牛生长速度快,体型大,生长性能优于安格斯牛、日本和牛。[结论]结合元江实际以及本试验结果综合考虑,西门塔尔牛和云岭牛生长速度及育肥效果优于日本和牛、安格斯牛,具有一定的肉用价值和品种优势,可用于元江本地黄牛品种改良。

[Objectives]To study the fattening performance of Angus cattle,Japanese Wagyu,Yunling cattle and Simmental cattle under the same feeding conditions,and to provide scientific basis for popularizing improved breeds and methods in Yuanjiang beef cattle breeding industry.[Methods] A total of 20 Angus cattle,Japanese Wagyu,Yunling cattle and Simmental cattle aged about 3 months(weaned) were selected for the experiment.Under the same feeding conditions,the body size and body weight of beef cattle at different growth stages of 4,5 and 6 months old were measured.[Results] Yunling cattle and Simmental cattle grew faster,had larger body size and better growth performance than Angus cattle,Japanese Wagyu.[Conclusions] Considering the reality of Yuanjiang and the results of this experiment,Simmental cattle and Yunling cattle have better growth speed and fattening effect than Japanese Wagyu and Angus cattle.They have certain meat value and variety advantages,and can be used to improve the local yellow cattle breeds in Yuanjiang.
