复合制剂对京粉6号蛋鸡产蛋性能及蛋品质的效果评价 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]研究复合制剂对京粉6号蛋鸡产蛋性能及蛋品质的影响。[方法]试验选取88 000羽250日龄京粉6号蛋鸡,在玉米-豆粕型基础日粮中添加复合制剂(五酶解毒散200 g/t+乐多100 g/t+靓丽葆200 g/t)饲喂蛋鸡,预试验7 d不添加复合制剂,试验期为21 d,定期对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋壳品质等指标进行检测。[结果]与该鸡舍未使用复合制剂相比,使用后产蛋率稳定后进行反向提升,增加平均日采食量,改善粪便过料情况,明显提升了蛋壳厚度,且将蛋壳厚度维持在0.35 mm左右,明显提升蛋壳重量,并能明显改善暗斑蛋,一级暗斑蛋占比增加28.89%,粪污蛋占比在整个试验过程中降低了8.33%。[结论]该复合制剂对京粉6号蛋鸡的产蛋性能及蛋品质具有明显的提升作用。 [Objectives] Study the effect of compound preparations on the egg production performance and egg quality of JF6 hens.[Methods] 88 000 250-day-old JF6 hens were fed a corn-soya meal-based diet with the compound preparation(200 g/t of five enzymes detoxification san+100 g/t of Leduo+200 g/t of Lianglibao) for 7 days without the compound preparation and the trial period was 21 days.[Results]Compared with the house without the compound,the egg production rate was stabilised and then increased,the average daily feed intake was increased,the fecal overfeeding was improved,the eggshell thickness was significantly increased,and the eggshell thickness was maintained at around 0.35 mm,the eggshell weight was significantly increased,and the dark-spotted eggs were significantly improved,the percentage of first grade dark-spotted eggs increased by 28.89%,and the percentage of fecal eggs decreased by 8.33%throughout the trial.The percentage of fecal eggs was reduced by 8.33% throughout the trial.[Conclusions]The compound has a significant effect on the egg production performance and egg quality of JF6 hens.
