Research and practice of talent training mode for software technology professional group under background of intelligent manufacturing

在当前智能制造背景下,信息技术人才需求正引起广泛关注,高职院校要积极跟进产业升级,调整专业发展方向,从而应对智能制造背景下新时代社会多元化的信息化专业人才需求。文章面向软件技术专业群,构建智能制造背景下软件技术专业群“校企双元,项目载体、三段递进”人才培养模式,实现专业人才培养模式的特色化,解决智能制造背景下企业IT人才需求的新要求同高职院校培养IT人才能力水平不足之间的矛盾,提升专业群育人质量。

Under the current background of intelligent manufacturing,the demand for information technology talents is attracting wide attention.Higher vocational colleges should actively follow up the industrial upgrading and adjust the professional development,so as to deal with the information professionals who meet the diversified needs of the society in the new era under the background of intelligent manufacturing.Facing the software technology specialty group,this paper constructs the talent training mode of“school enterprise dual,project carrier and three-stage progression”of the software technology specialty group under the background of intelligent manufacturing.realizes the specialization of the professional talent training mode,solves the contradiction between the new requirements of enterprise IT talent demand and the insufficient ability of higher vocational colleges to cultivate it talent under the background of intelligent manufacturing,and improves the quality of professional group educa tion.
