基于国土空间背景的采煤塌陷区村庄规划研究

Study on village planning in coal mining subsidence area based on land space background

基于国土空间规划的大背景,以微山县驩城镇采煤塌陷区村庄龙珠新村和苏河村为例,通过前期实地调研,从社会经济发展条件、国土空间利用现状、基础设施现状、发展诉求等几个方面入手进行分析,提出采煤塌陷地村庄的规划应以修复村庄生态本底、优化国土布局、做深低碳产业、做好配套服务等策略为主,并从低碳社区建设、住宅微更新、公众参与能力等方面做出展望。

Based on the background of land spatial planning,taking Longzhu New Village and Suhe Village in the coal mining subsidence area of Weicheng Town,Weishan County as examples,through the preliminary field investigation and analysis from the aspects of social and economic development conditions,land space utilization status,infrastructure status and development demands,it is proposed that the planning of coal mining subsidence villages should focus on repairing the ecological background of villages,optimizing the land layout,developing deep low-carbon industries the main strategy is to do a good job in supporting services,and the prospect is made from the aspects of low-carbon community construction,residential micro renewal,public participation capacity,etc..
