摘要
以博智林某项目铝合金模板BP接头为研究对象,建立了BP接头有限元模型,并对其进行了静力学分析,得到结构的刚度及应力,找出了影响结构的薄弱环节。基于Optistruct脱模约束函数的BP接头拓扑优化,根据优化结果对BP接头进行重新建模及仿真分析,并进行了试验验证。结果表明,在保证刚度和强度在合理的范围内,该结构重量降低了18.8%,且为BP接头设计提供了一套合理的计算方法。
Taking BP joint of aluminum alloy template of a project of Bright Dream Robotics as the research object,the finite element model of BP joint is established,and the static analysis is carried out to obtain the stiffness and stress of the structure,and the weak links affecting the structure are found out.Topological optimization of BP joint based on Optistruct demoulding constraint function was carried out.BP joint was modeled and simulated according to the optimization results,and experimental verification was carried out.The results show that the weight of the structure is reduced by 18.8%in a reasonable range of stiffness and strength,and a reasonable calculation method is provided for BP joint design.
