六边形孔蜂窝钢梁的受弯静力性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 蜂窝钢梁因多用于厂房、多高层建筑和大跨度结构等工程中而得到广泛的运用,其孔形可以做成多种形式,其中,六边形孔和圆形孔是研究比较多的。然而,不同孔型的蜂窝钢梁因其孔形的特点,会产生多种应力现象。以往的研究表明:由于腹板开孔,蜂窝钢梁的腹板刚度会有一定的削弱,这就造成了蜂窝钢梁的整体失稳或者局部失稳。为了研究六边形孔蜂窝钢梁在单调静力加载作用下的受弯性能,在截面尺寸相同的情况下,对连续开孔的钢梁进行试验,通过对实腹钢梁和六边形孔蜂窝钢梁单调静力加载作用下的试验,对比分析了六边形孔蜂窝梁的试验结果。研究结果表明:相比实腹钢梁,六边形孔蜂窝钢梁屈曲表现在孔处,并且从实验数据看出,六边形孔蜂窝钢梁的截面应变低了40%左右;经过有限元模拟分析了云图和弯矩-转角曲线,发现与试件试验结果没有太大的差别;在对六边形孔蜂窝钢梁的抗弯刚度计算过程中,试验跨中挠度是符合费氏空腹桁架法及等效抗弯刚度法简化计算。 Honeycomb steel beams are widely used in factories,high-rise buildings and long-span structures.Their hole shapes can be made into various forms,among which hexagonal holes and circular holes are more studied.However,honeycomb steel beams with different hole types will produce a variety of stress phenomena due to the characteristics of hole shape.Previous studies have shown that due to the opening of the web,the web stiffness of the honeycomb steel beam will be weakened,which leads to the overall instability or local instability of the honeycomb steel beam.In order to study the flexural performance of hexagonal honeycomb steel beams under monotonic static loading,the continuous perforated steel beams are tested under the same section size.Through the tests of solid web steel beams and hexagonal honeycomb steel beams under monotonic static loading,the test results of hexagonal honeycomb beams are compared and analyzed.The results show that compared with solid web steel beams,the buckling of hexagonal honeycomb steel beams is manifested at the hole,and the section strain of hexagonal honeycomb steel beams is about 40%lower than that of solid web steel beams;through finite element simulation and analysis of cloud diagram and moment rotation curve,it is found that it is not much different from the test results;in the process of calculating the flexural stiffness of hexagonal hole honeycomb steel beam,the deflection in the middle of the test span is simplified by Fisher Vierendeel Truss method and equivalent flexural stiffness method.
