现浇箱梁混凝土空洞防治方案及工程应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 经大量工程实践发现,混凝土箱梁在浇筑后容易在梁底形成空洞,在表面形成不同程度的蜂窝、麻面等病害。依据现有工程实例,围绕空洞这一病害分析了其形成原因,介绍了该病害所带来的危害,最后提出采用科学的施工工艺,严格选取原材料,加强混凝土振捣及加强质量监管等措施,以达到有效的减少混凝土空洞病害的目的。 After a lot of engineering practice,it is found that the concrete box girder is easy to form a cavity at the bottom of the beam after pouring,and various degrees of honeycomb,pockmarked surface and other diseases are formed on the surface.Based on the existing engineering examples,this paper analyzes the causes of the formation of the cavity disease,introduces the harm caused by the disease,and finally proposes measures such as adopting scientific construction technology,strictly selecting raw materials,strengthening concrete vibrating and strengthening quality supervision.In order to achieve the purpose of effectively reducing concrete cavity disease.
