摘要
为了解决目前推进剂制备过程中的装卸模过程存在的安全性差、现场操作人员多、劳动强度大等问题,文章研制了一套自动装卸模系统。该系统在不改变当前推进剂制备方法的前提下,实现推进剂装卸模全过程的自动操作,减少了人工的参与,提高了生产过程的安全性与效率。
In order to solve the problems of poor safety,many field operators and high labor intensity in the loading and unloading process of propellant preparation,an automatic loading and unloading system is developed.Without changing the current propellant preparation method,the system realizes the automatic operation of the whole process of propellant loading and unloading mould,reduces the participation of manual work,and improves the safety and efficiency of the production process.
