关于营养干预小组在预康复的应用探讨

Discussion on the Application Nutritional Support Team in Pre-Rehabilitation

家庭肠内营养是院外患者术前提高自身营养水平,提高手术的耐受能力,减少术后并发症的出现,缩短住院时间,实现预康复的重要方式。越来越多的研究表明,通过多学科共同合作,营养干预小组是提高家庭肠内营养的有效手段。文章通过对营养干预小组在家庭肠内营养患者预康复中的作用进行综述,以及对营养干预小组提高家庭肠内营养效果的可行性方式进行构建探讨,以期对后续的研究提供参考价值。

Home enteral nutrition is an important way for discharged patients to improve their nutrition level before operation,improve their tolerance to surgery,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,shorten the length of hospitalization,and achieve pre-rehabilitation.More and more studies show that the nutritional support team is an effective means to improve family enteral nutrition through multi-disciplinary cooperation.This article reviews the role of the nutritional support team in the pre-rehabilitation of patients with family enteral nutrition,and discusses the feasibility of the nutritional support team to improve the effect of family enteral nutrition,in order to provide reference value for the follow-up research.
