护理管理属于医院管理工作中非常重要内容之一,其最主要、核心目的就是提高医疗治理效果、患者恢复效率以及医院服务质量,从患者遇到实际问题出发,来展开护理以及卫生管控工作,从而为患者提供一个良好治疗与恢复环境。临床中,为使患者需求以及健康水平得到维护,增强医护人员对患者护理水平,PDCA这一循环管理法被逐渐运用到医院护理管理工作当中,其有着科学、经济以及时效性较强的特征,在医院护理管理当中获取医护人员和患者一致认同。

Nursing management is one of the most important contents in hospital management.Its main and core purpose is to improve the effect of medical treatment,the efficiency of patient recovery and the quality of hospital services.Starting from the actual problems encountered by patients,nursing and health management and control work are carried out,so as to provide patients with a good treatment and recovery environment.In clinic,in order to maintain patients’ needs and health level,and enhance the nursing level of medical staff to patients,PDCA,a cyclic management method,has been gradually applied to hospital nursing management.It has the characteristics of science,economy and timeliness,and has been unanimously recognized by medical staff and patients in hospital nursing management.
