摘要 目的:探讨PDCA循环管理在注射用重组人脑利钠肽专项点评中的应用,促进临床合理使用注射用重组人脑利钠肽。方法:运用PDCA循环管理法分析医院临床使用注射用重组人脑利钠肽存在的问题,寻找原因,制定对策并实施干预措施,比较管理前后注射用重组人脑利钠肽的使用量、使用金额及使用的合理率。结果:经过管控和干预后,注射用重组人脑利钠肽的销售金额从2018年第三季度的563940元下降至2019年第一季度的506025元。季度使用量有所减少,使用日趋规范,合理率显著提高,并持续两个月抽样点评合理率维持在100%。结论:PDCA循环管理法用于注射用重组人脑利钠肽的专项点评效果较好,使注射用重组人脑利钠肽的使用更加规范、合理。 Objective:To explore the application of PDCA circulation management in the special review of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide for injection and promote the rational use of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide for injection in clinic.Methods:To explore the application of PDCA circulation management in the special review of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide for injection and promote the rational use of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide for injection in clinic.Methods PDCA circulation management method was used to analyze the problems existing in the clinical use of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide for injection in the hospital,find out the reasons,formulate countermeasures and implement intervention measures,and compare the usage,amount and reasonable rate of use of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide for injection before and after the management.Results:After control and intervention,the sales amount of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide for injection decreased from 563940 yuan in the third quarter of 2018 to 506025 in the first quarter of 2019.The quarterly usage has been decreased,the usage has become more standardized,and the reasonable rate has been significantly improved,and the reasonable rate of sampling comments has been maintained at 100%for two months.Conclusion:PDCA cycle management method has a good effect on the special comments on recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide for injection,which makes the use of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide for injection more standardized and reasonable.
