摘要
目的:探讨分析不同预后的儿童噬血细胞综合征临床特点。方法:回顾性分析2014年08月至2020年07月我院儿科病房收治的噬血细胞综合征患者临床资料共70例,根据不同预后分为生存组(53例)和死亡组(17例),对两组患者的一般资料、实验室检查及临床症状进行比较分析。结果:与生存患者相比,儿童噬血细胞综合征死亡患者存在更显著的血小板减少,丙氨酸氨基转移酶及门冬氨酸氨基转移酶升高,以及更高的血清铁蛋白水平。结论:血小板≤50×10^(9)/L及血清铁蛋白>1500 ng/mL是儿童噬血细胞综合征预后的独立影响因素。
Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics of hemophagocytic lymphobistiocytosis(HLH)in children with different prognosis.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed which contained 70 cases of HLH that admitted to the pediatric department of our hospital from August 2014 to July 2020.The clinical data of the survival group and the death group were compared and analyzed.Results:Patients in the death group had more significant thrombocytopenia,higher lever of ALT,AST and serum ferritin.Conclusion:PLT lower than 50×10^(9)/L and serum ferritin greater than 1500 ng/mL were independent prognostic factors for HLH in children.
